It is just too cold around here, so it is time to go.

We looked around and found a great deal on a cruise. $435 for both of us, tax and all to sail for 3 nights on the Carnival Sensation.

The cruise we took in July we stayed at a hotel on the way with the kids and were treated shabbily. I wrote them a strongly worded letter and they offered us a free night’s stay plus breakfast to make up for our troubles.

An inexpensive weekend in the sun never hurt anybody.

It will be our fifth visit to Nassau in the last three years, so we kind of know our way around. We are contemplating doing something different though. One of the local hotels has a beach and pool pass for $40, but you get a $30 food and beverage credit with it.
