What am I doing today?

Smoking less and enjoying it more or something like that.

We finally have this thing figured out I believe. After drilling more holes than BP this year in to it, we are finally able to maintain temperature.

So today’s menu is pictured below:

It is a mustard, bourbon and honey rubbed ham with a couple of its new friends, sausage and beef ribs.

Now I just have to wait them out.
