Kind of a strange thing. 

Due to my prior job hunting, I get all retail jobs in my area e-mailed to me on a weekly basis. This week I received the e-mail which included a Monster.com listing for my replacement. 

Kind of funny when you see your job described. It looks pretty good actually until you have to live it. 

The other thing I have noticed over the years is how a company acts like they are doing you a favor by paying you what they are but the new guy will most likely be making more than you were making.

I miss the people I worked with but not the company.
