I wanted to take this time and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

I hope that everybody has a safe holiday and gets what they wish from this wonderful time of year.

As for me I am getting exactly what I want, the opportunity to see my children for the first time in six months and getting to go home for Christmas for the first time in many years. 

I'll be hitting the road in the AM and driving to Mount Vernon, Illinois to pick up the kids. Then it's on to Little Rock, Arkansas to spend the night. Then the final leg of the journey home to Houston the following day. A day and a half at the folks place and then a one day mad dash back to Georgia. I wish I had more time to spend but its not to be this time.

The gift of time, the one thing that can't be bought, extended or returned. I hope everyone spends it well!
