The last day of spring was upon us, it was impossible to tell by the thermometer in the car dash at 5 PM though. I’m officially declaring it, summer came 7 hours early to my part of the world.
The good news was after a sweltering day driving around and working I got to come home and hang by the BBQ, by the pool and in the pool.
After suffering through the day it was all worth it to see this sunset.

I am beginning to think that if I ever came back as another creature, I want to come back as an American Pet!

When we bought Laila’s Grand Prix last year we test drove a 2003 Cadillac CTS and were tempted to buy. We talked about it and decided that was the car we really wanted for her and finally this week an opportunity arose. We found a 2005 CTS for about $5000 below the going rate and purchased it. It ended up a year older than what she was driving but 25000 miles less. The best part was it didn’t cost us much more than what we were paying. Fully loaded with leather seats and a sun roof!
It has custom wheels which I am unsure about.
I am still unsure but at least they don’t spin.
Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and are looking forward to putting many miles on it.
It seems like such an adult car so we are going to attempt to behave as such.
